These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the AcaraBook Software as a Service ("SaaS") appointment booking system ("AcaraBook" or the "Service") provided by Mayvenr Sdn Bhd ("Mayvenr," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using AcaraBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use AcaraBook.
1.1. Mayvenr provides AcaraBook as a platform for appointment booking, scheduling, and related activities.
1.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AcaraBook or any part of the Service at any time without notice.
1.3. AcaraBook is hosted on secure servers, and we employ industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, Mayvenr shall not be liable for any data breaches or leaks resulting from factors beyond our control.
2.1. Mayvenr is committed to safeguarding user data stored on AcaraBook.
2.2. AcaraBook utilizes encryption and other security protocols to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
2.3. Mayvenr shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to user data resulting from illegal, harmful, or hateful activities or content uploaded by users. Users are prohibited from engaging in such activities or uploading such content, and Mayvenr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.
3.1. AcaraBook and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mayvenr Sdn Bhd and its licensors.
3.2. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on AcaraBook without our prior written consent.
4.1. Mayvenr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of AcaraBook.
4.2. In no event shall our total liability to users for all claims related to AcaraBook exceed the total amount paid by the user for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
5.1. Users agree to indemnify and hold Mayvenr harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to their use of AcaraBook.
6.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
